Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please allow 7 days before our event so we can prepare as needed. Riders must be 36 inches with required adult supervision or 42 inches to ride alone. Big SNOW is kept at a chilly 28 degrees year-round. All guests must be wearing suitable winter clothing – long pants, long sleeves and footwear with a closed front and back are required. Ski Boots, flip flops, sandals or Crocs are prohibited.
